Jason was born and raised in Aptos, CA. After 11 years in the US Air Force, Jason shifted gears and became a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty in 2016. His discipline from the military, as well as a desire to help veterans and first time home buyers, helped push him to sell 26 homes in his first year earning him the Rookie of the Year designation and moving him through the ranks of KW leadership.
In 2020, Jason took on the role of Team Leader of the KW Fremont office, where his job entailed consulting with top producing agents to build “businesses worth owning” through implementing proven models and systems in their own businesses.
Now, Jason has combined his passions for technology and marketing (he has a BS in Information Technology and a MS in Marketing) by partnering with Erick Fernandez and the EF Homes team to build the marketing and business systems for the team to provide the best client experience possible.
They are also redefining the KW Luxury brand in Santa Cruz County by launching a flagship office in Capitola for agents who believe that a luxury brand isn’t focused around a price point, but instead based on a standard of service that agents are willing to uphold for their clients. His role with the brand is consulting with those agents on building their own systems in their businesses to provide that level of service for more clients, while maintaining an ideal work/life balance.
