We’re watching that window of opportunity gradually close, and with three or so months left in this prime selling season, prep work has to be fast tracked. We filmed this episode at our latest Westside listing where we had just two weeks to expedite floor refinishing, landscaping refreshes and all those touches needed to make this home “pop” for would-be buyers.
