Not quite, the market is still SUPER HOT and due to our amazing extended summer season that in many years goes into November...it’s not about to let up. As a buyer and seller, you both have advantages to this unique season as we approach the end of the year. The September and October as well as the early November weeks will keep it going strong.
During this time of year the tourist season dwindles down a bit and locals get to truly appreciate our beautiful area. Buyer demand is still strong and the ones still in the market are serious. On the selling side, some folks are motivated by wanting to get a property sold by the end of the year.
